In this article, we will be leveraging Airbyte - an open-source data integration platform and Metabase - an open-source way for everyone in your company to ask questions and learn from data - to build the GitHub activity dashboard above.
Airbyte provides us with a rich set of source connectors, and one of those is the GitHub connector which allows us to get data off a GitHub repo. We are going to use this connector to get the data of the Airbyte repo and copy them into a Postgres database destination.
